Regarding payment, EasySendy Pro processes it through third party payment partner “Stripe Subscription” and “PayPal” and they might be rejecting your payments. So, to fix the issue try following:
- Making payment from a different browser or through different internet connection.
- Making payment from a different credit card of yours.
- Please make sure that your address does not have any special character which is available inside your profile setting of EasySendy Pro.
In case, above steps doesn’t work, feel free raise support ticket from your EasySendy Pro Dashboard.
