It happens several time that the user does not want to integrate with third party service or to pay, so here it is “Aritic Mail SMTP” under EasySendy Drip (or EasySendy Pro) with which you can integrate easily and no need to pay to the third party. Aritic Mail SMTP an in-house Delivery Server of from DataAegis Software Pvt. Ltd..

To integrate with EasySendy Drip (or EasySendy Pro) you need to follow the below steps:

A. Register / sign-up with EasySendy Drip (or EasySendy Pro) account
B. Activate Aritic Mail SMTP account in EasySendy Drip (or EasySendy Pro) Delivery Server
C. Verify SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for your sending domain name
D. Validate & Active Aritic Mail SMTP Delivery Server in EasySendy Drip (or EasySendy Pro) account

A. Register / sign-up with EasySendy account

1. Register and verify your email on EasySendy Drip (or EasySendy Pro) account from here: https://easysendy.com/register

B. Activate Aritic Mail SMTP account in EasySendy Drip (or EasySendy Pro) Delivery Server

2. First of all Login to your EasySendy Drip (or EasySendy Pro) account.
3. In Dashboard, click “Delivery Server” >> “Delivery Server” >> Aritic Mail SMTP. (For new user)


4. Now select “Aritic Mail“.
5. On the next page “Domain name”– You need to add your own authentic domain name through which you want to send the email (e.g: example.com; if you want to send email from abc@example.com). Detail about Sending Domain Name.click on “Add“.


Note: While configuring sending domain name; you would not be able to add any public mailbox email sending domain names ( like, gmail.com, yahoo.com and so on ).

6. On the next page you need to Verify SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for your sending domain name.

C. Verify SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for your sending domain name

7. Once you got the all records of “SPF“, “DKIM” and “DMARC“. You need to add these details to your DNS Setting of your Domain Name Provider. You can follow this DNS Host Name Update Guide.

8. After updating those records, click on “Verify DNS Record” at the bottom of the screen of EasySendy Drip (or EasySendy Pro) account.

Note: It may be possible that DNS update from your hosting provider may take upto 48 hours to fully propagate the change throughout internet. So, this verification process may take some time.

9. After successfully verifying the DNS records, you need to add the “From email ” address and “From name”.

a. “From Email” – Enter the from email ID (e.g: abc@example.com; if you have added example.com in above Sending domain name field).

Note: While configuring “From Email”; you would not be able to add any public mailbox email sending domain names ( like gmail.com, yahoo.com and so on ).

b. “From Name” – Enter from Name from which you will be sending outgoing emails.

c. “Tracking Domain” – Select your own tracking domain.

NOTE: You need to add and activate your own tracking domain to your EasySendy Dashboard account for good email delivery. Follow this link, to configure your own tracking domain to your EasySendy Dashboard.

D. Validate & Activate Aritic Mail SMTP Delivery Server in EasySendy Drip (or EasySendy Pro) account

10. Enter the “Email ID” along with your sending domain and click on “Validate Server” button; then you will get a verification link on the given email id.

11. Go to above mentioned email mailbox and open the email. ( The verification email might be inside your spam/ junk folder; please check these folders once ).

12. Click on “Verification Link”.

13. The “Status” of the Aritic Mail SMTP delivery server will change to “Active” inside your EasySendy Drip (or EasySendy Pro) dashboard.

Note: Bounce and Complaint notification configuration are taken in background automatically; you need not to worry about this setup.
